TRAINING SCHEDULE
🏀 Parent Overview: How Our Basketball Performance Schedule Works!
Our Basketball Performance Membership Schedule is designed to make training flexible, structured, and parent-friendly — helping every athlete grow while fitting easily into busy family routines.
Youth (Ages 9–12) train at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, providing consistent after-school times that work for families. Each week includes balanced sessions for Strength, Power, Coordination, and Game Movement (COD) — mixing skill, athleticism, and fun.
Prep & Varsity+ (Ages 13+) athletes can train at 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, or 7:00 PM, with multiple weekly options for Strength, Power, Mobility, and Recovery (Yoga). This flexible design allows athletes to build their training schedule around school and team commitments.
Every class follows a progressive, age-appropriate system that builds athletic performance and reduces injury risk — giving parents peace of mind that their athlete is training safely and effectively.
