At Warren Academy, we’ve combined the best of our Performance Lab and Speed Lab into one all-inclusive program. Athletes now have access to elite strength, mobility, and recovery training plus the nationally recognized USR-certified Speed Lab, making this the most complete athletic development membership in Nebraska.
With month-to-month flexibility, your athlete can join anytime, train up to 4x per week (Mon–Thu), and grow in a motivating, high-energy environment led by expert coaches.

Membership Details
Built for busy families and serious athletes, our Monday–Thursday schedule keeps things simple and consistent. Youth athletes (9–12) train at 4:45 & 5:30 PM, while Prep/Varsity athletes (13+) have evening options at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 PM.
Every session follows our proven system: Speed → Power → Strength → Mobility, delivering complete athletic development in every workout.
